The family-run Malé vinařství Klíma estate is located in Rakvice within the Velkopavlovická wine region and cultivates around 7000 vines. The winery manages its vineyards with targeted crop reduction to produce high-quality raw materials for attribute wines. In the cellar, modern techniques such as controlled fermentation for white and rosé wines are combined with traditional open-vat fermentation for red wines. The portfolio includes white grape varieties such as Veltlínské zelené, Sauvignon, Tramín červený, Pálava, Chardonnay, and Ryzlink rýnský, alongside red varieties like Zweigeltreibe, Frankovka, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Moravia. The wines are exclusively marketed in small batches until stocks are depleted by the next harvest.
