The Maison Audebert et fils estate is a traditional winery in the Loire Valley that has been managed across generations since 1839. Covering a vineyard area of over 40 hectares, the winery cultivates parcels within the Bourgueil, Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, Chinon, and Saumur-Champigny appellations. The produced wines reflect the local terroirs composed of clay and limestone, with a strong emphasis on a single grape variety. Vinification and aging take place in Bourgueil across two locations, including a traditional troglodyte cellar in the heart of the vineyards. For fermentation, the estate exclusively relies on indigenous yeasts and bacteria to preserve the natural characteristics of each vintage.
