About the estate

The Les Terres Blanches estate in Oiron in the Loire region has been cultivating a vineyard area of almost twelve hectares since 2004, spread across a constellation of small plots within a naturally protected landscape. The winery applies biological and biodynamic methods following the rhythms of the seasons and the lunar calendar. The grape variety portfolio includes Chenin and Chardonnay for white wines, alongside Cabernet Franc, Gamay de Bouze, Pinot Noir, and Gamay Beaujolais. All cuvées are vinified as single-varietal wines, and the entire production is harvested, processed, and bottled at the estate. The exceptional terroir features a rich and complex mineral subsoil that imparts distinct flavors to the wines.
