About the estate
The Les Mourguettes estate cultivates its vineyards in Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes in the Rhône Valley according to biodynamic methods with AB and Demeter certifications. The vines are rooted in a unique Cretaceous terroir composed of white and red sandstone, where outcropping bedrock naturally limits yields. Harvesting is done by hand into small baskets, followed by gentle pressing in a mechanical vertical press. The white wines, produced from grape varieties such as Grenache Blanc and Gris, Roussanne, and Clairette, are aged in amphorae and barrels. Bottling takes place without fining or filtration.

Beaucoup de grenache gris et blanc, un peu de roussanne et quelques seaux de clairette vendangés le 21 août 2022. Fermentation en amphore et barrique. Mis en bouteille sans collage, sans filtration.
