About the estate
The Le Moire winery was founded in 2006 in Motta Santa Lucia in Calabria and is dedicated exclusively to viticulture. The estate covers approximately six hectares of land, with four hectares currently under vine, yielding an annual production of 20,000 to 30,000 bottles. Paolo Chirillo personally oversees all operations, ranging from vineyard management to bottling. The portfolio features natural wines with a strong regional identity, produced under the Calabria IGT and Toscana IGT denominations. The company relies on a collaborative approach involving local professionals, including farmers, agronomists, and enologists.
