Paolo Chirillo personally oversees all operations, ranging from vineyard management to bottling. The portfolio features natural wines with a strong regional identity, produced under the Calabria IGT and Toscana IGT denominations. The company relies on a collaborative approach involving local professionals, including farmers, agronomists, and enologists.
