About the estate
The Lattenberger Weine estate is managed in the eleventh generation by Urs Menzi on the Stäfner Lattenberg in German-speaking Switzerland. Across a vineyard area of 3.3 hectares, the winery cultivates grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Riesling x Sylvaner, Räuschling, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines thrive on the steep slopes of the protected and ideally sunlit vineyard, which is one of the largest contiguous vineyards in the Canton of Zurich. The grapes from sustainable production are vinified externally to produce full-bodied wines. The portfolio is complemented by wines from the leased Müli vineyard site.
