About the estate
The Ladairocs estate was founded in 1979 by Ilario Bincoletto in the Venetian hinterland and is now run by Emanuela Bincoletto. The certified organic winery places great emphasis on environmental protection, biodiversity, and the avoidance of pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. At the center of winemaking is the native Raboso grape variety, which reflects the heritage and connection to the Piave River. Harvesting is done strictly by hand, followed by soft pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. After proper aging, the wine is bottled directly at the estate's cellar.
The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Raboso and Refosco. The estate sells to retail.
