The La Dolce Vigna estate is located in Atzara in the heart of Mandrolisai in Sardinia and is managed by winemaker and enologist Antonella Pisu. The project stems from a lifelong passion for local agriculture and the region's vineyards, rooted in childhood experiences. Operating within a sustainable and ecological framework, the winery focuses on producing Mandrolisai DOC. This wine is crafted from the traditional grape varieties Muristeddu, Cannonau and Monica, which are cultivated together and vinified through spontaneous fermentation.
