About the estate
The Fradiles Vitivinicola estate is located in Atzara in the geographical center of Sardinia, originating from a family bond and a deep-rooted viticultural tradition. The winery is managed by Paolo Savoldo alongside his cousin Antonio and their family, cultivating a total of ten hectares of high-altitude vineyards. The historical core comprises six hectares surrounding the cellar with vines up to a hundred years old, trained in the traditional bush vine method. Management focuses on native grape varieties such as Bovale Sardo, Cannonau, and Monica. Production centers primarily on the Mandrolisai DOC denomination as well as distinct regional IGT wines produced from rare grape varieties.
