About the estate

The La Coume Del Mas estate was founded in 1998 by Philippe and Nathalie Gard in Banyuls-sur-Mer within the Roussillon region. Operating under the AOC Banyuls designation, the winery cultivates steep coastal vineyards defined by historical dry-stone walls and traditional drainage channels. The demanding work in the vineyards is carried out entirely by hand to prevent soil erosion along the wind-exposed slopes. Through this persistent dedication, the estate produces distinctive wines that reflect the unique characteristics of this dramatic Mediterranean terroir.
