The La Bodeguita Escondida estate in Hervías within the Rioja region has its roots in a historical building dating from the late 19th or early 20th century, featuring an underground cellar. Cultivating a vineyard area of one hectare, the winery processes approximately 5000 to 6000 kilograms of grapes annually to maintain a clear focus on quality. The production comprises four distinct wines, including a white, a rosé, a red, and a single-varietal Garnacha. The winemaking approach aims to respect the natural aromas of the grapes while balancing the influence of barrel aging. The portfolio is complemented by organically produced olive oil.
