About the estate
The L'Orpailleur estate is located in Uvrier in the Swiss canton of Valais, cultivating steep vineyards on calcareous soils under the AOC Valais denomination. Founded in 1959 by parents Madeleine and Germain, the winery is now managed in the second generation by brothers Frédéric and David Dumoulin. Winemaking combines the pioneering spirit of the founders with advanced cellar technology, including temperature-controlled fermentation and careful maturation. The portfolio features estate-bottled wines designed to reflect the expression of the local terroir.
