About the estate
The Karner estate is located in Donnerskirchen on the northwestern shore of Lake Neusiedl, shaped by the Leitha Mountains. The family-run business looks back on a long history, with records showing that wine was already pressed by Georg Karner in 1737. Across a vineyard area of approximately 16 hectares, eighty percent white wine and twenty percent red wine are cultivated. The grapes come exclusively from the family's own vineyards and are produced entirely from plant-based sources with sustainable certification. The portfolio includes fresh, fruit-driven, and varietally typical wines as well as Frizzante.
