About the estate
The Kanitz estate is situated in the midst of the Rechnitzer Weingebirge on the Ried Györy vineyard and is run by the family in the fourth generation. Alongside arable land and animal husbandry, the agricultural business cultivates 2.5 hectares of vineyards. The care of the vines and the harvesting of the grapes are carried out exclusively by hand. Great importance is attached to sustainable management. In addition to wine, the production of the farm also includes meat from its own agriculture.
