About the estate

The Ing. Jaroslav Osička winery is a small family-run estate based in Velké Bílovice within the Morava wine region. Spanning three hectares of vineyards, the estate practices organic farming without the use of synthetic herbicides or pesticides. Yields are manually regulated to remain below forty hectoliters per hectare. The wines undergo spontaneous fermentation and mature in wooden barrels for twelve to thirty-six months. Bottling is carried out without filtration and largely without the addition of sulfur.
