About the estate

The Cantina Ortenzi estate located in Fermo in the Marche region looks back on a centuries-old winemaking tradition and maintains an underground barrel cellar dating back to 1890 in the historic town center. Active on the international market since 2011, the winery produces appellations such as Falerio Pecorino DOCG and Rosso Piceno DOC. Vineyard management is carried out entirely by hand using only natural substances like copper and sulfur in the fields. Winemaking in the cellar avoids chemical products completely, with white wines maturing in barrels for eighteen months and red wines for twenty-four months.
