About the estate
The Il Cerchio estate is located in Capalbio, Tuscany, and has farmed a total area of nine hectares organically since 1988. The founders left Milan in 1992 to permanently relocate to the Maremma countryside and dedicate themselves to agriculture. Their production includes various white, red, and skin-contact white wines as well as a passito. Vineyard management relies on mechanical weed control, organic fertilizers, and exclusively manual harvesting into small boxes. In the cellar, the winery employs traditional vinification methods featuring long macerations for red wines and temperature-controlled skin contact for whites.
