The Il Bacio winery is situated in the hills of Chianti between Florence and Siena. The estate is managed by Franco and Daniele, who guide visitors through the historic cellar and provide insight into the winemaking process. The vineyards are planted with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Moscato Giallo, Chardonnay, and Malvasia Bianca. The organic wines are produced through spontaneous fermentation without added yeasts and are bottled unfiltered. The portfolio includes wines from the Chianti DOCG denomination.
