About the estate
The I Pentri winery was founded in 2002 in Castelvenere, Italy, and derives its name from an ancient Samnite tribe. This family-run estate manages ten hectares of estate-owned vineyards situated in the hills of the Sannio beneventano between Mount Taburno and the Matese mountains. The vineyards are cultivated naturally with spontaneous cover crops and without the use of herbicides or pesticides. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the wines are produced with minimal intervention, avoiding the addition of tannins or fining agents.
