About the estate
The Humar estate was founded in the early 1900s by Antonio Humar in San Floriano del Collio and is managed today in family tradition. Spread over twelve hectares, the vineyards on gentle marl hills cultivate varieties such as Pinot bianco, Ribolla gialla, Friulano, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Pinot nero. Located in a region shaped by mountain winds and sea breezes, the winery has specialized in professional viticulture over the decades. Today, the estate bottles around 60,000 bottles of its own wines annually, which are produced under the Collio DOC denomination.
