About the estate

The traditional Pacher Hof winery is located in the Eisacktal valley in South Tyrol and is managed by winemaker Andreas Huber. The vineyards on the western slopes in Neustift and Elvas benefit from mineral-rich, sandy and gravelly soils as well as an ideal climate with sunny, warm days and alpine-cool nights. The portfolio includes characterful white wines such as Kerner, Sylvaner, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Grigio, Grüner Veltliner, Müller Thurgau, and Sauvignon, produced from vines that are up to over 40 years old. Depending on the style, the wines are aged in historic 12th-century cellars in oak barrels or stainless steel tanks.
