The Himmelbauer estate is a traditional winery located in Untermarkersdorf in the Weinviertel region. Viticulture is practiced according to organic-biological principles in harmony with nature. The cultivation covers various soils such as deep loess and meager gravel in flat sites as well as steep basin sites. Cultivated varieties include St. Laurent for the rosé Frizzante and Grüner Veltliner as a classic representative of the Weinviertel DAC origin. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and processed into wine.
