The owner cultivates a total of five hectares of vineyards in the municipalities of Nonnenhorn, Wasserburg, and Kressbronn. The vineyards are predominantly situated near the lake on gravelly soils and sandy loam. In addition to grape varieties typical of Lake Constance, the portfolio includes sparkling wines and fruit spirits from the estate's own distillery.
