About the estate

The family project Grawü D. Dominic Wuerth was founded in 2017 by Leila and Dominic in Cermes in South Tyrol. The estate emerged from years of searching for an independent interpretation of its alpine origin, soils, and climatic conditions. Today, the winery produces approximately 20,000 to 25,000 bottles of natural wine annually across three lines. During the artisanal production process, additives are avoided in order to create long-lived wines with substance and lightness. The meticulous work from the vineyard to the cellar aims to reflect the character of the grapes and the alpine region.
