The Giovanni Poli enterprise located in Vezzano, Trentino-Alto Adige continues the centuries-old tradition of grappa production in the village of Santa Massenza. As early as the 1970s, the estate played a significant role in elevating the quality of the formerly unpretentious spirit and establishing it within national gourmet niches. For production, the distillery relies on carefully selected raw materials and discontinuous bain-marie stills to preserve the natural essences and fragrances of the distillates. In addition to grappa and spirit infusions, the portfolio also includes Vino Santo and other wines.
