About the estate

The Furstliche Weinkultur estate in Hornussen in German-speaking Switzerland is managed by three generations of the Fürst family and looks back on a history that began with the takeover of the Stiftshalde vineyard in 1996. The winery cultivates 6.3 hectares of vineyards on ideal, light, stony, and chalky soil. The sun-drenched vineyards produce a diverse range of white wines, red wines, rosé wines, sweet wines, and distillates. In 2016, a new cellar was inaugurated, enhancing the estate's winemaking culture. The wines reflect the craftsmanship and the connection to nature in the region.
