Franz Xaver Hof

About the estate

The Franz Xaver Hof, located in Waldkirch in the Baden region, has historical roots in a small-scale agricultural farm that was managed starting in 1885. In the late 1980s, Andreas and Anita Schwehr-Schüssele took over the estate with a primary focus on fruit and berry cultivation. Following the construction of the farm shop in 1997, the estate began producing and selling its first wines. The Franz Xaver winery was officially founded in 2007.

The eno directory lists 18 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Müller-Thurgau. The estate sells to retail.
