About the estate

The Francesco Poli estate farms nine hectares of land in Santa Massenza di Vallelaghi, with seven and a half hectares dedicated to vineyards situated at altitudes between 250 and 600 meters. The winery places a strong emphasis on environmental respect and has achieved organic certification for all the wines produced. The vineyards and surrounding plots cultivate various grape varieties including Nosiola, Moscato giallo, Traminer, Müller-Thurgau, Cabernet, Marzemino, Schiava, and Rebo. The underground cellar features stainless steel tanks and wooden casks, alongside a dedicated drying room where grapes undergo six months of drying. In addition to winemaking, the family-run business is well known for its traditional distillation methods using discontinuous bain-marie stills.
