The Fossebridge Vineyard - A Cotswolds Winery estate is located in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, and was founded by Amber and Phil, who met at a wine dinner in Mexico. The winery cultivates a vineyard area of 1.416 hectares with a total of 6,500 vines spread across two fields. The grape varieties grown are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Sauvignon Blanc. The estate aims to produce sparkling wines as well as a still Sauvignon Blanc and rosé. The agricultural activities are complemented by honey bees, fruit and vegetable gardens, and lavender cultivation.
