About the estate
The Fliederhof estate is situated on the Santa Maddalena hill east of Bolzano in South Tyrol and is run by the Ramoser family of winemakers. The small winery cultivates three hectares of vineyards, largely located on steep slopes reaching up to 40 percent inclination. Farming follows biodynamic principles involving extensive manual labor, consistent cover cropping, and the complete avoidance of synthetic plant protection products. In the cellar, distinctive wines are produced under the Alto Adige DOC, Alto Adige Lago di Caldaro DOC, and Alto Adige Santa Maddalena DOC denominations, maturing in stainless steel tanks or wooden barrels. The wines are sold directly at the estate and through distribution partners.
