About the estate
The Famille Bougrier estate looks back on a history that began in 1885 and has since been shaped by six generations. Founded by Achille Guénault-Cousin following his discovery of the Hauts Lieux plateau in Touraine, the winery currently cultivates over 100 hectares of vineyards spread across two estates. The portfolio includes wines from various regional terroirs, encompassing AOC Anjou Blanc, AOC Cabernet d'Anjou, AOC Chinon, AOC Crémant de Loire, AOC Muscadet Sèvre et Maine, and AOC Pouilly-Fumé. The management of these estates has been overseen by winemaker Guillaume Noiret for about ten years.
