The Entrecanales Domecq e Hijos enterprise continues a family winemaking tradition dating back to 1822 with a wine company founded by D. Pedro Domecq Lembeye in Jerez de la Frontera. Later, D. Cosme Palacio took charge of the family winery in Laguardia and introduced modern winemaking techniques from France. Today, the enterprise encompasses various wineries such as Bodegas Cosme Palacio, Secreto, Dominio de Donas, El Aeronauta, and Viña La Tula. The organization places a strong emphasis on sustainability, innovation, and the preservation of its historical heritage.
