About the estate
The Elisa Collarte estate is a traditional family winery located in the heart of the Comarca de O Ribeiro in Ribadavia and is one of the pioneer producers of the Ribeiro DO. Situated in the ground floor of the family house, the centennial cellar combines traditional methods passed down through generations with technical modernization carried out in 2000. The portfolio features estate-produced wines crafted exclusively from indigenous grape varieties including Treixadura, Godello, Albariño, Loureira, Mencía, Caíño, and Sousón. Production relies entirely on estate-grown grapes from its own vineyards.
