About the estate

The El Zeremia estate is located in the municipality of Novella within the Non Valley in Trentino-South Tyrol. For several generations, the Zadra family has dedicated itself to preserving and promoting ancient native grape varieties facing extinction, such as Groppello di Revò and Maor. Following the pioneering work begun by Augusto Zadra in 1991, his son Lorenzo now continues the legacy while also committing to sustainable viticulture through fungus-resistant varieties like Johanniter. The portfolio includes native red and white wines alongside classic method sparkling wine and grappa. The private winery forms the heart of this operation, rooted deeply in local winemaking tradition.
