Dušan Soviš

About the estate

The Dušan Soviš winery is located in Blatnice pod Svatým Antonínkem within the Slovácká region, farming nine hectares of vineyards on the eastern foothills of the White Carpathians. The estate manages plots in top vineyard sites such as Staré Hory, Plachty, and Kamenice, cultivating approximately fifteen grape varieties including Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Riesling, and PIWI varieties. The vineyards are cultivated using integrated production methods with minimal environmental impact. Winemaking relies on modern technology including pneumatic pressing and controlled fermentation, with a portion of the wines maturing in oak and acacia wooden barrels.

The eno directory lists 20 wines, mostly from Svatovavřinecké and Chardonnay.
