Founded in 2019, the Domaine Weinzaepfel estate is located in Soultz in the southern part of the Alsace wine region. The winery manages twelve hectares of vineyards spread across various local sites. The vineyards have been certified for organic farming since 2022. The producer focuses on low yields and manual grape sorting to express the character of the diverse terroirs. The vinification and aging of the wines take place in a historic cellar.
