The Domaine Sylvain Pataille estate was founded in 1999 by Sylvain Pataille in Marsannay in the Côte de Nuits, starting with just one hectare of vineyards. Today, the winery spans seventeen hectares and has been certified organic since 2008, employing biodynamic farming methods. Vineyard practices include working the soil with horses and performing manual harvests. In the cellar, minimal intervention is applied to produce distinctive wines such as Aligoté and Marsannay.

Fleur de Pinot est indéniablement un très beau rosé, avec de la substance mais surtout un caractère enlevé, gourmand, long et vif, un parfum dominant qui évoque la peau de mandarine.
L’Ancestrale joue dans une autre catégorie, un vin au relief affirmé, riche en pulpe, mais d’une évidence qui va droit au cœur ; il y a un sentiment de profondeur et une distinction qui coulent de source dans ce vin arcadien.
