The Domaine Schneider Thierry estate cultivates around eight hectares of vineyards across various terroirs in Ribeauvillé, Alsace. The family-run business grows the region's seven traditional grape varieties, producing wines and crémants under the AOC Alsace denomination. The vineyards are tended with respect for nature, and the grapes are harvested by hand. Since the 2023 vintage, the winery has held official organic certification alongside HVE high environmental value certification.
