About the estate
The Domaine Saladin estate is located in Saint Marcel d'Ardèche in the Rhône Valley and looks back on a long family history documented since 1422. Today, sisters Elisabeth and Marie-Laurence Saladin represent the twenty-first generation managing the vineyards organically alongside their family. Across eighteen hectares of vineyards, traditional southern grape varieties such as Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Viognier, and various Clairette selections are cultivated. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, and the winemaking process avoids chemical additions to preserve the distinct identity of each terroir.
