About the estate

The Domaine Sainte Leocadie estate is located in Aigne within the Minervois region and is managed by Anne and Thierry Bonnel across three generations, with their son having recently joined the family business. The vineyards are situated on terraced slopes featuring dry stone walls and red soil amid the Mediterranean garrigue. The estate cultivates traditional grape varieties including old Carignan, Mourvèdre, Grenache noir, and Syrah. Cultivation follows organic farming practices aimed at strengthening the natural ecosystem of the vines. The grapes are harvested at full maturity and systematically sorted to produce the wines of the AOC Minervois appellation.
