The Domaine Saint Louis la Manuelle estate is located in the heart of the Var hinterland in Provence and spans a vineyard area of 50 hectares. The history of the property stems from the unification of the historical estates of Saint Louis du Thoronet and Saint Croix La Manuelle, whose viticultural tradition is closely linked to nearby monastic sites. Surrounded by pine trees and centuries-old olive trees, Mediterranean soils composed of clay, limestone, and sandstone shape the character of the wines. Significant temperature variations between day and night promote a slow and steady ripening of the grapes. The property also features a 17th-century bastide at its center.
