About the estate

The Domaine Saint Come estate is located in Provence in the municipality of La Cadière-d’Azur and is shaped by the Poutet family, who have lived in the area for over eight generations. Joël Poutet cultivates 16 hectares of vineyards on a terroir formed of marl and Triassic limestone situated a short distance from the sea. Viticulture is certified organic and incorporates practices such as cover cropping, viti-pastoralism, and agroforestry to promote biodiversity and soil vitality. Following years of consolidating fragmented family plots, the estate's first vinification took place in 2021. The operational approach combines the family's historical heritage with ongoing adaptations in cultural practices.
