About the estate
The family-run Domaine Pech Tort estate was rebuilt in 2008 by a father and child in Valflaunes in the Languedoc region. Covering a vineyard area of 16 hectares in the heart of the Pic Saint Loup, the winery practices sustainable agriculture to cultivate its vines. Soils consisting of hard and soft limestone and marl, surrounded by garrigue, contribute to the distinct regional character of the wines. Through meticulous work focused on low yields and harvesting grapes at optimal maturity, the estate produces wines with intense aromas and high typicity.
