About the estate

The family-run Domaine Mouton estate is situated in Givry in the Côte Chalonnaise and cultivates twelve hectares of vineyards across four generations. The viticultural approach includes integrated pest management, regular soil cultivation, and yield limitation. Harvesting is conducted manually with sorting directly in the vineyard. During vinification, the winery relies on temperature-controlled fermentation and precise aging in oak barrels. The portfolio comprises wines from the Bourgogne, Givry, and Givry 1er Cru appellations.

The eno directory lists 8 wines, mostly from Chardonnay and Aligoté.
