About the estate
Located in Travaillan within the Vaucluse, the Domaine Martin looks back on a history that began in 1905 with five hectares under Julien Martin. Today, the family estate is managed in the fourth generation and covers a total vineyard area of 72 hectares in the Rhône Valley between Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas. The alluvial and stony soil of this plateau is exposed to the mistral wind and yields red, rosé, and white wines. The portfolio includes classic Côtes du Rhône as well as the appellations of Cairanne, Rasteau, Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu, and IGP wines. The production comprises traditionally crafted wines that are aged in the estate cellars.
