The Domaine Mallet estate is located in Trélou-sur-Marne and is led by Alexandre, who restructured the winery in 2024. The vineyards cover 28 parcels spread across five municipalities in the Marne Valley, with Meunier as the dominant grape variety at eighty percent. Vinification is carried out without malolactic fermentation across the entire range, complemented by micro-parcel cuvées. The estate is certified under HVE and VDC standards, focusing on sustainable viticulture with reduced herbicide use and natural soil management. The wines are distributed internationally to share the story of the terroir beyond the region.
