About the estate
The family-owned Domaine Madelin Petit, located in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux within the Yonne Valley, is an estate founded in 1986 and committed to organic agriculture since its beginnings. The winery cultivates eight hectares of vineyards within the Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre, Côteaux Bourguignons, and Saint-Bris appellations. The planted grape varieties include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. The wines are produced using indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless steel vats or oak barrels. They reflect the authentic character of a unique terroir composed of clay-limestone soils with Kimmeridgian fossils.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Issu du cépage Pinot Noir, ce vin offre une belle robe rouge cerise, un nez fruité qui évoque la griotte et la framboise. En bouche, une belle rondeur, une belle élégance, autour d’arômes fruités et de tannins soyeux.
