About the estate

The family-run Domaine les Graviers is managed in the fourth generation by Jean-Pascal Pelagatti in Béziers within the Languedoc-Roussillon region. The estate produces authentic wines under the Coteau de Béziers IGP and IGP Pays d'Oc denominations, drawing character from a unique terroir shaped by a Mediterranean climate and mineral-rich soils. Viticulture follows sustainable farming practices, and the property has held the Haute Valeur Environnementale certification since 2019. In the cellar, traditional methods are combined with new technologies to craft balanced wines that respect the land and the environment.
