About the estate
The Domaine les Fouques estate is located in Provence between the towns of Hyères and La Londe in the Borrels Valley. Covering 22 hectares of vineyards nestled against the forests of the southern foothills of the Maures mountains, the winery produces wines under the AOC Côtes de Provence and AOC Côtes de Provence la Londe denominations. The terraced vineyards have been farmed according to biodynamic agricultural guidelines since 1991. The estate is managed by Christelle Rapée, Jacques Rapée, and Yves Gros. Alongside winemaking, operations include free-range poultry farming and market gardening.
