The Domaine La Perrière estate is located in Verdigny-en-Sancerre and extends across five different municipalities. The property features a unique ten-hectare single plot situated on flint soils, which are known to be ideal for producing Sauvignon Blanc. In total, the winery cultivates 43 hectares of vineyards within the Sancerre appellation. The portfolio includes white, rosé, and red wines. Vinification of the white wines involves direct pneumatic pressing, cold settling for 48 hours, low-temperature fermentation, and aging on fine lees for three to four months before bottling.
